Our Story
After working in construction as a carpenter for over 7 years our founder Scott spotted an exciting gap in the market and with the increasing demand for housing. We’ve discovered a fantastic opportunity to create affordable luxury homes aimed at first time buyers and second home buyers! By combining innovative permitted development strategies with thorough planning options we aim to bring tired old commercial units back to life and ready to be someone's new home. This inspiring vision has given rise to Munro Homes! Scott has brought together a passionate and experienced team, who are committed to bringing these exceptional new homes to life and are eager to help shape a brighter future one development at a time!
Meet The Team
Scott, the founder of Munro Homes, boasts an extensive background in construction. He began his carpentry journey with the Royal Engineers in 2012 and subsequently spent the next seven years working on various building projects in Africa, Germany, and the UK for the British Army.

Since 2017, he has dedicated himself to construction full-time, establishing a well-respected carpentry company in the local area that specializes in renovations and refurbishments.

Now he's focused on bringing his passion for building to Munro Homes to create new homes.

The rest of the team are extremely talented personal in their own sectors, and range from architects, quantity surveyors and planning consultants giving us fantastic experience to deliver on our projects and see possibilities' where others don't.
